This series is excellent for routing soft plastics. The ridges on the back of this series are scalloped out rather than flat. This pushes the soft plastic in such a way that the materials edge doesn't scallop in like is common when routing with a standard single edge spiral. What you end up with is a smoother more consistent edge in soft plastic.
